I feel like a sitting duck!

Today I noticed a very stoned face strange guy,wearing a very faded camoflauge jacket and bomber pants.He was sitting at a snack bar in a very popular retail store watching people.he got up and went into the rest room,came out walking very slow with his hands down in a fist as if he were holding something.So I'm looking for wire thinking to myself,"this is it or we just have so many strange folks its hard to tell."
I really could not tell what nationality this guy could have been.
My point to this:WHAT IF(this is all we have at the moment)he and others in many differant locations all over the States were testing today to see if they would be noticed.Maybe they are contacting each other now to touch base and say things are clear and the real thing they plan will happen soon.Another point , are these the odd things we are to look for and than from there what? just wait? even more of what gets me is this guy is walking slowly by alot of people to the front door and nobody even looks at him.Regardless of who or what this guy is,people still are not aware of anything around them.
And I question myself "If I saw wire coming from the sleeves to his hands,what would I have done?Be a hero or save myself?

If I would of seen that guy doing what you said he did, I would of
gone to a pay phone and called the police. I'am a very observant person to my suroundings.
A matter of fact last summer I had a individual come up to me in a mall in which I was working and ask me questions about the town. He wasn't from there. He was from India. He gave me a business card of his. I asked him what hes doing in the US. He told me he worked for a ministries type of organization, and he was traveling to Chicago, and Minneapolis, and then back to India. I have to say the guy looked like he had just came from the sand, and how he could be traveling around like that made me question it. So you know what I did? I gave his card to the authorities, I figured they could figure it out better than I.

Your are right Kathrine,I like you am very observant of my suroundings... but have seen way to much brushed aside ,even to this day...."nothing is done until something happens"
Because I live so close to canadian border,we have border patrol checks on main roads.Last week the patrol were only stopping and checking vehicles on one side of the road.The side I was on I had a van with out of state plates in front of me.Border patrol didn't even turn to look.so I wonder "Whats the point?"
I travel 165 miles aday,5 days a week for my job...The strange things I see make me just want to stay home.
