الى العراق المجيد كله من شماله الى جنوبه و الى أبناء الأمة الإسلامية العظيمة .

لقد اجتمع الكفار على حربكم فخسروا ، و راهنوا على هزيمتكم فخابوا ...

لم يتركوا سلاحاً الا استعملوه و لا جريمة الا ارتكبوها ، و لا خطيئة الا اقترفوها .

اطفال يقتلون في الليل و النهار ، و أعراض تنتهك علناً و وراء الأستار و يُعتقل الكبار و الصغار .

و لقد فرح بعض الناس بشعارات المحتلين الزائفة المزيفة باسم التحرير و التقدم فإذا هو تدمير و تحطم ، ظلام دامس و واقع بائس ، خوف في الليل و النهار ، و ازدياد في الفقر و الأزمات و سرقة للنفط و الأموال و الثروات بل للدين و الكرامة فمن منكم ايها الابطال الشجعان يقبل الذل و الهوان ليكون عبداً للقردة و الخنازير الكفرة الظلمة لينفذوا مخططات اليهود و النصارى الصهاينة.

ومن منكم ايها الغيارى الأوفياء يقبل بفضائح ابو غريب ؟ حيث العار و الشنار على الأهل و الاخوة و العشيرة.

ايها المؤمنون :

أيها المجاهدون :

لقد أخزى الله أعداءكم و فضح عملاءهم فباتت راية الكافرين في الحضيض و لقد رفع الله رايتكم و مكنكم من رقاب الكفرة و اعوانهم معاً فتوالت الإنتصارات و ظهرت الكرامات في بلاد الرافدين بلاد اللغة و النحو و الفقه و القراءات.

فالفجر قريب و النصر لاح و المسك من دم الشهداء فاح و ما هي الا احدى الحسنيين نصر أو شهادة بإذن الله تعالى .

و لقد تكفل الله لمن جاهد في سبيله لا يخرجه الا الجهاد في سبيله و تصديق كلماته بإن يدخله الجنة أو يرجعه الى مسكنه الذي خرج منه مع ما نال من أجر أو غنيمة .

دعنا نسافر في دروب جهادنا

و لنا من الهمم العظيمـــــــة زاد

دعنا نمت حتى ننال شهـــادة

فالموت في درب الهـدى ميـــلاد



ايها الشجعان يا سلالة العز و الكرامة ...



ان عدوكم يريد تمزقكم و فرقتكم فلا تنازعوا فتفشلوا و تذهب ريحكم ، بل كونوا يداً واحدة ضد اعدائكم فانما المؤمنون إخوة و كونوا صفاً واحداً كما يحب ربكم " و قاتلوا المشركين كافة كما يقاتلونكم كافة و اعلموا أن الله مع المتقين"

ان عدوكم ضعيف مهزوم مهزوز خائر بائر ..قد قطع الخوف قلوبهم و اًلقى الله الرعب في صدورهم فلا تهابوهم و لا تخافوهم فانكم بالله ترمون و بقوته تقاتلون و بعزته تنتصرون و ما النصر الا من عند الله العزيز الحكيم

عدوكم متكبر فأذيقوه مرارة الذل و الهوان محب للدنيا فأذيقوه علقم الموت و اضربوهم بكل عزم فوق الأعناق و اضربوا منهم كل بنان.



الى العلماء و الدعاة و الأئمة و الخطباء :

يا ملح البلد من يصلح الملح اذا الملح فسد ...

رحمكم الله خذوا دوركم و كونوا في الصف الأول كما كان إمامكم عليه الصلاة و السلام فالأمانة في رقابكم عظيمة و تخلفكم عن الركب جريمة و نعلم أن منكم النبلاء فلا تفرطوا في واجب الوقت أو على الأقل الدعوة و تحريض الناس عليه



يا أهل البلد العظيم :

اياكم و الخيانة فانها بئست البطانة ..اياكم ان تقبلوا بميتة الجبناء ميتتة الجاهلية قال رسول الله (صلى الله عليه و سلم) : " من مات و لم يغز و لم يحدث نفسه بالغزو مات ميتة جاهلية."

يا أبناء العشائر و القبائل لا تدنسوا شرفكم فأنتم أهل الشرف و لا تبيعوا أعراضكم فأنتم أهل الغيرة و لا تستبدلوا آخرتكم و مجدكم بدولارات معدودة فالحساب عسير و الأمر خطير.



ايها الأطباء داووا أخوانكم فأنتم في جهاد عظيم



أيها الأغنياء هذا يومكم فجودوا بأموالكم في سبيل الله و لا تبخلوا و من يبخل فأنما يبخل على نفسه و الله هو الغني و انتم الفقراء و ان تتولوا يستبدل قوماً غيركم ثم لا يكونوا أمثالكم .



يا نساء المؤمنين و المجاهدين ...

اصبرن فإن الأجر عظيم و انما النساء شقائق الرجال فمن اصابتها مصيبة فلتصبر و لتحتسب و لتلحق بركب الخالدات ، فأنتن مصانع الرجال و روافد الجهاد



ايها الجواسيس و العملاء أنتم عيون الكفار و آذانهم فأنتظروا لعنة الله و الملائكة و الناس أجمعين فسيوف المجاهدين تلاحقكم اينما تذهبون ليخزيكم الله في الدنيا و لكم في الآخرة عذاب عظيم .

الحمد لله رب العالمين القوي العزيز ..

وأفضل الصلاة وأتم التسليم على نبي الهدى نبي الملحمة وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين..

أما بعد ..

فقد سمع العالم والمسلمون مقالات الاسلاميين وردودهم حول قضية الحجاب وماتعلق فيها من قضية الرهائن وتبياناً للحق وكشفا للالتباس ونصحا للا مة نقول وبالله التوفيق:

1- ان المهنيين المجردين الذين لا يمارسون اي عمل تخريبي خارج مهنتهم ليسوا هدفا للجيش الاسلامي سواء كانوا صحفيين او اطباء اوغير ذلك ، واننا نحترم كل من له رسالة انسانية حقيقية لنصرة المظلومين او اعانة المنكوبين بحيث لا يتعدونها لاغراض تبشيرية او مخابراتية ، وفيما يخص واقع العراق الصعب وما يمر به من ظروف مريرة من قتل وتشريد وتعذيب وتجويع وحروب في كل الميادين فاننا نثمن ونقدر كل من يمد يد العون البيضاء لاعانة الناس كي يخرجوا من أزماتهم .

2ـ لا يجوز شرعاً لأي جهة اسلامية أن تبت بقضية لم تطلع على تفاصيلها من دون ان تتبين فقد قال تعالى: ( ياأيها الذين أمنوا ان جاءكم فاسق بنبأ فتبينوا أن تصيبوا قوما بجهالة فتصبحوا على مافعلتم نادمين ). وقال نبينا عليه الصلاة والسلام ( كفى بالمرء كذبا ان يحدث بكل ماسمع ) ، فكيف بالذي لم يسمع بل يتخرص ويظن وان الظن لا يغني من الحق شيئا .

وأن الجيش الاسلامي له هيئة شرعية كفيلة بان تبت بمثل هذه القضايا بالفتوى المنضبطة بالكتاب والسنة ومنهج سلف الامة بتوفيق الله تعالى .

3ـ ان الجيش الاسلامي يحترم ويوقر جدا علماء الامة ودعاتها وكل المؤسسات والهيئات والشخصيات التي تعمل لخدمة الاسلام والمسلمين وتعيش لقضايا الامة و لا يقيم وزناً لأي مؤسسة او هيئة او شخصية تتاجر بقضايا الأمة و تداهن أعدائها .

4ـ ان اعداء الامة الاستراتيجيين والتاريخيين لم ينجحوا الا بعد تقطيع اوصال الامة وتفريق كلمتها والتحريش بينها وتقزيم دعاتها وأئمتها وحركاتها وجهادها ، والحملات الصليبة قديما وحديثا لم تنقطع بل لم تفتر الى هذا اليوم فهذه اندلسنا نسيت وهذه جزائرنا ابتليت وهذا قدسنا الشريف الذي دنس وهناك شيشاننا و افغاننا وليست مذابح البوسنة ببعيدة وأما عراقنا فقد اجتمعت عليه ملل الكفر ولئن نسي العالم والمسلمون ملجأ العامرية وملايين الاطفال الذين شوهوا أو ماتوا من اثار الحرب والحصار فإننا لم ننس بعد وأما ما حدث في سجن أبو غريب فهو وصمة عار في جبين كل المسلمين و ما يعانيه المسلمون في فلوجة النصر و تلعفر الصمود و سامراء الخير و غيرها الكثير حيث القتل و الدمار و القصف الوحشي و العدوان الهمجي المستمر الذي لا يميز بين طفل او شيخ و بين رجل و أمرأة ، فلماذا لاتكون هذه الامور وغيرها هي هموم الامة ولماذا تحركت كل هذه الهيئات والمؤسسات والشخصيات الاسلامية من اجل كافرين ولم تتحرك من اجل قضايا الامة المصيرية وحقوقها التي تنتهك يوميا ولم يتحرك الدم في عروق الكثيرين لاعراض المسلمات التي تنتهك وللاطفال الذين يذبحون في كل مكان .

5ـ ان فصل قضايا الامة بحسب الاقطار والبلدان تهديم لعقيدتها وتخريب لثوابتها وهو مخالف لنصوص الكتاب والسنة الصريحة الواضحة التى جعلت الامة الاسلامية أمة واحدة والمسلمين جسدا واحداً ، قال تعالى : ( إنما المؤمنون إخوة ) ، وقال صلى الله عليه وسلم :

( مثل المؤمنين في توادهم وتعاطفهم وتراحمهم كمثل الجسد الواحد إذا اشتكى منه عضو تداعى له سائر الجسد بالحمى والسهر ) بل قال : ( لايؤمن أحدكم حتى يحب لأخيه ما يحب لنفسه ) .

6ـ لماذا تتحرك النصرانية كلها من اجل نصراني واحد أوجماعة نصرانية ولو كان على باطل في مطلبه خاصة اذا كان ضد المسلمين متجاوزة الاقاليم والبلدان بالاف الكيلومترات من دون نكير فاذا طالب المسلمون بحقهم الشرعي وقف الكثير في طريقهم

7ـ ان تاريخ فرنسا ( الفرنجة) مع المسلمين تاريخ اسود مملوء بالاحقاد والضغائن والدماء واما تاريخها الحديث فلا يقل عن سابقه فى العراق وغيره فمن ذلك :

ـ كان لها الدور الرئيسي في منع المسلمين من تولي الحكم في الجزائر بعد فوزهم بحيث قررت ارسال جيشها لمنع هذا الامر .

ـ اضطهاد المسلمين في كثير من الدول الافريقية وتنصيرهم ، وسرقة ثرواتهم .

ـ سجون فرنسا مليئة بالمسلمين باسم الارهاب وغيره .

ـ مساهمتها الفعالة في ضرب مفاعل تموز النووي ( 1 ) و ( 2 ) في العراق وذلك بتسليم معلومات حساسة ودقيقة للكيان الصهيوني عنهما .

ـ ضرب الجيش العراقي وقتل الكثير بطائرات جاكوار الفرنسية في عام 1991م .

ـ مساهمتها الفعالة في تجويع الشعب العراقي لاكثر من 12 سنة .

ـ الدعم الفرنسي المستمر للكيان الصهيوني الجاثم على قلب الامة .

ـ محاربتها لشعائر الاسلام ومنها قضية الحجاب .

ـ وأما عدم اشتراك فرنسا في هذه الحرب فمراعاة لمصالحها وليس من أجل سواد عيون العراقيين .

والجيش الإسلامي يدعوا الأمة الإسلامية جميعا للتوحد ضد أعدائها والتوكل على الله القوي العزيز قال تعالى : (يا أيها الذين آمنوا إن تنصروا الله ينصركم ويثبت أقدامكم ، والذين كفروا فتعسا لهم وأضل أعمالهم )

فإنه تم الحصول على وثائق خاصة مع الرهينتين ومنها الصورة المرفقة،و عليه فقد تم إصدار قرار للقبض على المدعو/ أيمن محمد رفعت الجندي، سوري الجنسية ويبلغ من العمر 22 سنة وهو ابن المرافق الخاص للرهينتين الفرنسيين والظاهرة صورته مع مجرم الحرب المدعو (كيميت).

لذا نحث جميع المجاهدين التعاون لإتمام القبض عليه لإجراء التحقيق اللازم.

و لقد كذب المدعو هشام الدليمي بتصريحه لمجلة "لوموند الفرنسية" بأنه توصل الى اتفاق بإطلاق الرهينتين من دون شروط فانه ليس له و لا لغيره أي صلة بهذا الموضوع و لم يتم تخويل اي شخص او جهة للتفاوض او التحدث باسم الجيش الإسلامي في العراق .

و سوف تعلن الهيئة الشرعية في الجيش الإسلامي قرارها قريباً ان شاء الله تعالى.

فبعد إستكمال التحقيق مع المتهم فريدون جيهاني القنصل الإيراني بتهمة ممارسة أعمال خارجة عن نطاق العمل الدبلوماسي في العراق والمساعدة على التخريب والإفساد في البلد قررت المحكمة الشرعية للجيش الإسلامي مبادلته بالأسرى المحتجزين في إيران والبالغ عددهم قرابة الخمسمائة أسير وهم المتبقون من حرب القادسية وآخرون أسروا بعد حرب الخليج 1991 عن طريق (( قوات غدر الجبانة )) وأرسلوا الى إيران ومنهم ..

فقد تم بفضل الله اختطاف ثلاثة رهائن (باكستانيان وعراقي ) يعمل أحدهما فني مع الأمريكان وآخر يعمل سائقاً يجلب المواد الغذائية لنفس الجهة والعراقي يعمل سائقاً لنقل المواد الغذئية من المنطقة الخضراء الى الفنادق التي يقطن فيها الأمريكان وهم ينتمون الى شركة التميمي الكويتية ولهم انتماء مع شركة kbr الأمريكية وشركات اخرى في المنطقة الخضراء وقد وجد بحوزتهم هويات متعددة لحرفٍ متعددة لسهولة التنقل وصور مع عدو الله كيميت .

وقد أجري معهم التحقيق وحكمت هيئة القضاء على الباكستانيين بالإعدام لثبوت الأدلة القاطعة علاوة على تصريح رئيسهم براويز بإمكان إرسال قوات إلى العراق الليلة الماضية ، وتم التحفظ على العراقي لحين اكتمال التحقيق معه. ويحذر الجيش الإسلامي في العراق شركة التميمي ان لم تنسحب من العراق وتنهي عقودها مع الأمريكان فسيكون مصير رعاياها كمصير الباكستانيين إن شاء الله ، علما أن لدينا معلومات كافية عن تحركاتهم والحمد لله .

فقد قرر قاضي المحكمة الشرعية في الجيش الإسلامي في العراق اطلاق سراح الأسير الفلبيني انجلو ديلاكروز بناءً على تنفيذ الحكومة الفلبينية مطلب الجيش الإسلامي بإنسحاب كافة قواتها من العراق قبل العشرين من الشهر الجاري الذي اعلن على لسان وزيرة الخارجية ، وفي هذه المناسبة نود ان يفهم العالم أجمع الأصدقاء والأعداء بالآتي:-

1. إن المجاهدين هم أصدق الناس قولاً وفعلاً .

2. وليعلم الجميع ان عملنا هذا هو لإخراج الكفار من أرض المسلمين وإقامة حكم الله تعالى وليس تخريباً كما يقول الشانئون .

3. إن الجيش الاسلامي يحذر اي شخص يتعاون مع الكافرين اياً كان عملهم وخاصة الذين يحمون الكافرين، وسيكون مصيرهم يإذن الله تعالى . هو مصير من كان يحمي هذا الأسير .

4. نحذر كل الشركات والمؤسسات العالمية وكل من يدخل البلد لإعانة المحتلين فحكمه حكمهم ومصيره مصيرهم .

تلك الوسائل عنكم .. فرجعوا الى الطريق الصواب بعد أن أزيلت الغشاوة عن
أعينهم واصبحوا يؤمنون بما يؤمن به المسلمون من بربرية وهمجية هذا
الشعب ..
2- الشعب الأمريكي شعب جاهل بل من اكثر شعوب العالم جهلا ويمكن أن يضحك
على عقول أبناءه بسهولة .. وان هذا الشعب لا يعرف شيئا في السياسة لا
الداخلية ولا الخارجية..
فالذي ينظر الى من يقود هذا الشعب وكيف يخاطب شعبه يتبين له بوضوح
ضحالة عقول من انتخب هذه القيادة ورضي بها ..
ويمكن أن نثبت ذلك لكم عمليا بإجراء اعتدتم على تقييم كثير من الأمور من
خلاله بأنفسكم .. يمكنكم أن تجروا استبيانا لنخب متعددة من الشعب

أن اصغر طفل عندنا يعلم نتيجة هذا الاستبيان قبل أن تجروه ..
وذلك لأن أطفالنا إذا قلنا لهم بأن هناك شعبا يخرج عليه حاكمه ويبرر له

القارات ليقتل طفلة رضيعة في مهدها وذلك بقصف بيتها بالطائرات وجعله
رمادا .. يبرر كل هذا بأنه يحمي دولته أمريكا العظمى .. لو ذكر أحدنا
ذلك أمام طفله الصغير لضحك الطفل ظنا منه أنها من الحكايات الخرافية
التي تروى له .. فيضحك على بله هذا الشعب في هذه القصة .. أما لو اخبر
بان هذه القصة حقيقية وان هذا الشعب موجود الآن على الكرة الأرضية لبكى
هذا الطفل حزنا وإشفاقا على جهل هذا الشعب وحماقته وعلى استخفاف حاكمه
بعقول أبناءه.. . فما بالكم لو اخبر بأن هذا الشعب بدأ يصف أبا هذه
الطفلة بأنه إرهابي لأنه أراد أن يدافع ببندقيته عن ابنته الرضيعة

أن مثل هذه العقول التي يمكن أن تنطلي عليها مثل هذه التفاهات تثبت
للعالم كله بأن التكنولوجيا التي تمتلكها دولة أمريكا وتفتخر بها
صنعتها عقولا ليست أمريكية إنما هي عقول مستوردة من دول أخرى ..وهذه هي
الحقيقة التي غفل عنها الكثير ..
مثل هذه العقول لا يصعب على اتفه حكومة أن تمرر عليها ما تريد تمريره ..
كما تمرر اليوم حكومتكم أكاذيبها عليكم وحقيقة ما يجري لأبنائكم في
العراق .. ماذا يلاقون .. كم يقتل منهم كل يوم ..والشعب الجاهل يصدقها
فيما تعطيه من أرقام مضحكة عن عدد ضحاياه .. وابسط دليل واقرب دليل ما
صرحت به حكومتكم عن عدد القتلى في عملية الموصل التي وقعت قبل أيام

فان أعداء الله من الصليبيين ومن والاهم قد غاظهم بأس أهل الاسلام في المدائن .. كيف لا والأمريكيون يذوقون على أيديهم يوميا البأس والنكاية ويتجنبون المرور بقربها منذ فترة أملين أن ينجيهم ذلك من بأس المجاهدين وبعد أن فاض كيلهم أرادوا ارسال حملة مداهمات خبيثة لتقتحم على الامنين بيوتهم وتعتقل الرجال والنساء والمجاهدين وتعيث في أرض الله فسادا فأرسلوا ثلة من أذنابهم العملاء بلغ عددهم 300 شخص في سبعين سيارة أو يزيدون فما نفعهم عددهم ولا عدتهم أمام أسود الاسلام فخرج اليهم أسود المدائن يردون العدوان بالعدوان والهجوم بالهجوم يفعلون بهم ما أرادوا فعله بعباد الله الامنين يحمون أرض الاسلام وجند الاسلام وأهل الاسلام فأثخنوا فيهم اثخانا عظيما فقتلوا منهم20 أويزيدون وأصابوا زهاء الثمانين وأسروا زهاء العشرين ودمروا من سياراتهم 46تمكنا من احصائهم وغنموا 15 سيارة أخرى فكانت فتحا مبينا بعون الله ولقد استنجد الملاعين بأخوتهم ال>ين أرسلوهم الى الجحيم فقالوا لهم لم تركتمونا بيد أسود الاسلام كيف لم تخبرونا ببأسهم وايمانهم .. فما لبث اخوتهم المتكبرون المغرورون أن أرسلوا الطائرات والمدرعات محاولة التوجه الى سلمان بك والمروحيات تقصف بيوت الامنين المستضعفين فما لقوا من أسود الجهاد الا الصبر والفداء والعزم وما لبثوا أن غطت مروحياتهم فرار عدد من أعوانهم المرتدين الذين أفلتوا من الموت حتى انسحبوا من محيط المنطقة كالجرذان دون أن يلوث شبر من أرض المدائن بدباباتهم فلم يجرؤوا على دخولها ولله الحمد وما زالت مروحياتهم تحلق في سماء المنطقة تقتل الأبرياء وتروع الامنين وترهب المسلمين
وبعد أن علمتم قصة المدائن المباركة وأن كل ذنبها أنها تصدت للمحتل وأعوانه ومنعتهم من تدنيس أرضها اليكم الفاجعة
ففي تلك المعركة القصيرة استشهد 21من أبناء المدائن بينهم 3 من الاخوة المجاهدين فقط والبقية من النساء والاطفال والشيوخ ال>ين سقطوا بنيران المروحيات الامريكية داخل بيوتهم نحسبهم في الشهداء ان شاء الله
كان هذا في بضع ساعات
فما بالكم لو هوجمت المدائن بحملة عسكرية هائلة
كم سيسقط من الابرياء والمستضعفين

لقد وصل الى علم الجيش الاسلامي من مصادرنا بوزارة الدفاع العميلة أن القوات المريكية تعد وبالتنسيق معهم لحملة كبيرة شاملة على المدائن حملة كحملات سامراء وتلعفر والفلوجة وأنها ستكون حملة هائلة بقوات هائلة لا تبقي ولاتذر وأن تعليماتهم محددة بضرب كل مايسير على الارض في المدائن واعتقال كل من تراوح عمره بين الخامسة عشر والستين
ولانخفيكم سرا معشر المسلمين بأن كل أهل المدائن مجاهدون مقاتلون الا النساء والاطفال والعجزة من الشيوخ فهم مجاهدون غير مقاتلين والحمد لله
نعم
لا يخشى المجاهدون وعيدا أو تهديدا

فمن يخشى الله يخشى منه كل أعداء الله

ونحن مستعدون فلم تكن أيامنا السابقة أيام دعة وخمول بل أيام جهاد واستعداد وما توقفت عمليات في كل أنحاء العراق يقوم بها رجال من المدائن

ولكن

نحن مستعدون للتضحية ولكننا نحذر
حتى نكون قد أبلغنا

وتحذيرنا موجه الى الهيئات والمنظمات الاسلامية

الهيئات والمنظمات التي تدعي الدفاع عن حقوق الانسان والحرية

الفضائيات ووكالات الأنباء ووسائل الاعلام

من عنده اهتمام بأمر المسلمين في كل مكان


نحذركم من خطورة سكوتكم فالسكوت عن الجريمة مشاركة فيها

ان هناك مؤامرة تحاك ضد المدائن

فيا عباد الله المسلمين

ان استطعتم أن توقفوا المؤامرة فأوقفوها

وان لم تستطيعوا فانصروا اخوانكم وأعينوهم على عدوهم

At tenth from in the morning this sixth day from Muharram 1426 H and the agreeing is 15 - 2 - 2005 AD one of the army brigades have shot two ten mortar shell of the bullet the heavy on the headquarters of the American forces in Al Radwaneyah palace near Baghdad and after the execution the executing force withdrew peacefully and the praise of the Lord of the Worlds Allah .

في الساعة العاشرة من صباح هذا اليوم السادس من محرم 1426هـ والموافق 15-2-2005م قامت إحدى سرايا الجيش بإطلاق اثنتي عشر قذيفة هاون من العيار الثقيل على مقر القوات الأمريكية في قصر الرضوانية قرب بغداد، وبعد التنفيذ انسحبت القوة المنفذة بسلام والحمد لله رب العالمين.

فيزف لكم إخوانكم من الجيش الإسلامي هذه البشرى فبتوفيق الله قامت سرية من سرايا الجيش بإطلاق ثمان قذائف هاون من عيار 82ملم على القاعدة الأمريكية في منطقة الرضوانية في قصر التلة، وحسب سرية الرصد فقد أصابت القذائف هدفها بدقة وشوهدت أعمدة الدخان تتصاعد من القاعدة ولم تعرف الخسائر بعد والحمد لله رب العالمين0
